1. All purchased products must be checked for defects at the delivery site. (If a defect is found in the product, a return will be processed at the delivery site)
2. Duty-free shop products are officially imported genuine products from Canon Korea, so you can receive genuine registration and free repair services.3. Due to the nature of electronic products, there is a risk of damage or defects due to impact during transportation.
Please make sure to check for any abnormalities with the product at the delivery site before completing receipt and taking action, such as holding a return.4. We are not responsible for exchanges, returns or other compensation in cases where photography is not possible due to unconfirmed abnormalities at the delivery site.
5. Products worth less than $800 can be returned at the store within 15 days after returning to the country, as long as they are unused. For products worth more than $800, only unused products can be returned by declaring them to customs and detaining them at customs upon entering the country.

1. Duty-free shop products are subject to tax of 10% for digital cameras and 20% for lenses and accessories (17% for self-reporting) on amounts exceeding $800 upon returning to the country.
