1. What is Group Buying?
Group Buying is an additional discount for customers who are registered as members of our association for the basis of the number of people who participated in the event.
Please press the "Participate" button on the product details page and recommend the event to others.
Unlike the existing joint purchase with other companies, not everyone has to buy it, so please feel free to recommend it to others.
2. When to achieve the purchase reservation goal and be able to purchase
Reservations can be purchased the day after the end of each event's event period.
The event products are automatically placed in your shopping cart, and additional discount rates are provided according to your goal achievement.
3. Criteria for providing discount rates by goal achievement
The final discount rate will be determined based on the number of customers who pressed the Participate button on the product details page.
See the example below) 50% discount for 50 people and 60% discount rate for 100 people or more
① 50% discount rate is applied to 50 applicants
② 50% discount rate is applied to 60 applicants
③ 60% discount rate is applied for 110 applicants

4. Notice of the end of the event
On the end of the event, the event product will be automatically placed in the shopping basket, and at around 9 a.m. a day later, a message will be sent to the customer.
You can check the reservation information through Kakao notification talk or SMS for Koreans and E-mail for foreigners.
The information message will be sent regarding the payment, such as the information of the product you reserved, the quantity available, the period available for purchase, and the final discount rate.
5. Criteria for participation in the event
Only members of our company can participate in the Group Buying event, and non-members cannot participate.
6. Notice of early termination of the event
The event may end early depending on the stock situation of the product, and in the case of limited inventory, it may be sold on a first-come, first-served basis and the purchase may be closed.

Payment Points
1. A product can be exchanged or refunded within 15 days of pick-up. It cannot be refunded or exchanged in the event of one of the following:
ㆍThe product damaged or lost due to a reason for which the customer is responsible (excluding damage of packaging for the purpose of verifying what is inside).
ㆍThe product’s value decreased significantly due to its use or partial consumption by the customer.
ㆍThe product’s value decreased to the point that it cannot be re-sold (due to passage of time).
ㆍPackaging been damaged for a duplicate product.
ㆍIn the case of set products, partial cancellation/return is not available. If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, you must cancel/return the entire set.
ㆍClearance (cosmetics with an imminent expiration date) In accordance with Article 17(2) of the Electronic Commerce Act Please be careful when purchasing as a refund may not be possible.
2. If the product does not appear as it was advertised or contracted, it can be exchanged or refunded within three months of the date it was received (within 30 days of the date the customer was made aware or could have been aware of such discrepancy).
3. The procedure for exchanging or refunding a duty free item adheres to all relevant tariff laws.
ㆍAfter entering Korea, duty-free products that have already been picked up and are within the USD 800 duty-free allowance may be exchanged or refunded after bringing the product into Korea.
ㆍItems to be exchanged or refunded with a value exceeding USD 800 may only be exchanged or refunded after completing a voluntary customs declaration and other required customs clearance procedures when entering Korea.
ㆍCustomers residing overseas who are unable to visit Korea may apply for an exchange or refund of picked-up products via international mail.
ㆍIf an exchange or refund is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for all related shipping costs.
4. Refunds are made to the mode of payment used at purchase.
The refunded amount will, in the event of one of the following, be sent to the bank account registered under the name of the individual leaving the country that was listed when applying for cancellation.
ㆍCancelled the month after payment via small-scale mobile payment
ㆍCancelled 30 days after payment via bankbook-free wire transfer
5. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any costs incurred by returning a product for a reason other than a malfunction or manufacturer’s error (change of mind, etc.).
(Customers who reside in Seoul or Gyeonggi-do may not send the product via postal mail. They must bring it to the store from which it was purchased in person.)

ㆍAll products purchased through HDDFS are duty free. They can be purchased only on the condition that they are taken out of the country (e.g. to be used overseas, to give as a gift for someone who lives overseas). Duty free shopping is unavailable for all travel within Korea (including Jeju-do).

ㆍWhen transferring to another airline, the security regulations of the relevant country may entail the seizure of liquids. Please make inquiries to the relevant airline in advance.
ㆍAs a rule, liquids and gels must be transported inside luggage. Even if the product is unused/new, if it is not carried in a luggage bag, it will not be allowed on the plane.
ㆍPersonal items may be brought onto a plane only if they satisfy the following regulations regarding carry-on personal items.
- Example 1 : Layover in the US
Liquids and gels in opaque or metal containers are not permitted on the plane. Only products in transparent containers are permitted.
- Example 2 : Destination of a layover flight is in a US or Australian territory, Canada, or the Virgin Islands
Liquids and gels are not allowed to be purchased.
※ Regulations on In-flight personal items
ㆍOnly items inside a transparent ziplocked bag (1L) are permitted.
ㆍQuantity limit: 100ml or less per container. A total of only 1L of product is permitted.
ㆍThe transparent ziplocked bag must be approximately 20cm in length and width. The bag must be zipped closed in order to be brought onto the plane.
ㆍIf the transparent ziplocked bag is not completely closed, it will not be allowed to be brought onto the plane.
ㆍEach passenger may bring only one transparent ziplocked bag (1L or smaller) onto the plane.
ㆍAny quantity of baby food or medication in liquid/gel format, if it is reported to the TSA agent in advance, may be brought onto the plane.
ㆍZiplocked bags must be brought by the customer. They can also be purchased at an airport convenience store.
※ Elimination of extra search for liquids at departure gates for the US or Australia
ㆍThe additional search for liquids conducted at departure gates for flights to the US (including US territories, such as Saipan) was eliminated as of December 22, 2014.
ㆍThe additional search for liquids conducted at departure gates for flights to Australia was eliminated as of December 8, 2014.
ㆍPassengers heading to the US or Australia are asked to pick up all liquids and gels at the pick-up location in person.
- Product reviews may only be submitted by members who have completed payment for the product on the Hyundai Duty Free online mall and have received the item at the designated pickup location. Submitted product reviews will be displayed throughout the product's operation period.
- When searching for products on the online mall, the "Ratings" sorting option ranks products based on the number of reviews, resulting in products with more reviews appearing higher in the search results.
- Each product review consists of written content and any attached photos or videos and reflects the personal opinion of the reviewer. Responsibility for the posted content lies solely with the author.
- For inquiries related to orders—such as cancellations, exchanges, or returns—that are not directly related to product reviews, please use the Customer Center 1:1 Inquiry Board.
- In accordance with relevant laws and operational policies, the following content may be made private or removed without prior notice:
- Content containing abusive language, defamation, false information, infringement of others' rights, or other inappropriate material
- Repeated posting of identical or similar content that disrupts normal service operations
- Content related to food or health functional products that may be misleadingly perceived as having disease prevention, treatment, or weight-loss effects
- Commercial or promotional content intended for advertising purposes
- Content that contradicts objective facts or may mislead users regarding the product's functions or effects
- Content containing personal information such as resident registration numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, or contact details
- Content that reproduces and posts material created and published by other individuals or organizations without authorization
