Guidelines on interest-free installment/credit card points
Payment Points
1. A product can be exchanged or refunded within 15 days of pick-up. It cannot be refunded or exchanged in the event of one of the following:
ㆍThe product damaged or lost due to a reason for which the customer is responsible (excluding damage of packaging for the purpose of verifying what is inside).
ㆍThe product’s value decreased significantly due to its use or partial consumption by the customer.
ㆍThe product’s value decreased to the point that it cannot be re-sold (due to passage of time).
ㆍPackaging been damaged for a duplicate product.
ㆍIn the case of set products, partial cancellation/return is not available. If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, you must cancel/return the entire set.
ㆍClearance (cosmetics with an imminent expiration date) In accordance with Article 17(2) of the Electronic Commerce Act Please be careful when purchasing as a refund may not be possible.
