Precautions

·   This app is an integrated shopping platform exclusively for duty-free stores located at Incheon International Airport.

·   Departure information from Incheon International Airport is required for purchases.


·   Orders can be placed through the Incheon Airport Duty Free App starting 90 days prior to your departure date (including the departure date).


·   Automatic payment will be processed around 12:00 AM on the departure date. Payment status and updates will be available in the app.


·   Final payment amounts are confirmed one day before departure and may change depending on benefits or exchange rates. Orders may be canceled due to stock or store conditions.

·   For requested orders, a pickup voucher will be issued one day before departure after the “Exchange Rate & Benefit Re-Application” process. Please present the voucher at the store to receive your items.


·   Orders made through this app may be excluded from the minimum spend requirement for certain offline promotions or cashback events.
