Shopping procedure

  • Membership application
    If you apply for HDDFS Online membership, you will be able to purchase duty free items at lower prices than those paid by non-members.
    • You can be eligible for additional discounts if you apply for HDDFS Online membership.
    • If you make a purchase as a non-member, you will not be eligible for additional discounts and/or member-only benefits.
    • Purchases can be made (by Koreans and non-Koreans) as a member or non-member.

  • Search product
    You can add a product to your shopping cart or product of interest list.
    • Before you can order a product, you must first add it to your shopping cart.
    • You can search for a product (by product or brand name) and add it to your shopping cart or product of interest list in the desired quantity/option.
  • Order/payment
    After clicking the “Order” button, you can proceed to payment after entering your departure and order information.
    • You may not be able to pick up your purchase if you enter your departure/order information incorrectly.
    • Prices are determined according to the exchange rate for the day of payment.
    • Payment can be made via credit card, bankbook-free wire transfer, or simple payment (Alipay+, Wechat Pay, UnionPay).
  • Print out exchange bill
    Print out the exchange bill from the “Orders” page after completing payment. Present it at the pick-up location to receive your purchase.
    • If you are unable to print out the exchange bill, write down the exchange bill number or send the file to yourself via SMS. Present a screenshot of the exchange bill with your passport and boarding pass when asked.

  • Pick up product
    Please present your exchange bill, passport, and e-ticket at the HDDFS Online pick-up location on the date of departure.
    • Make sure to check that you received the correct product and quantity before signing the pick-up confirmation form.
    • If there is a problem with your purchase, you must notify the employee immediately. HDDFS Online does not assume any responsibility for products that have been picked up or left behind after departure.
    • Your pick-up location will most likely be crowded on your departure date. It is therefore recommended that you visit the pick-up location at least one hour before your flight or voyage.
