Addition of Legal Representative Content at the Bottom of Clause ①

※ The rights of children under 14 must be exercised directly by their legal representative. Customers who are minors aged 14 or older may exercise their rights regarding their personal information either by themselves or through a legal representative.

New Clause ④ and Clause Number Adjustment

④ Customers may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information through a legal representative or an authorized agent. In such cases, a power of attorney form in accordance with the "Notice on Personal Information Processing Methods" [Annex 11] must be submitted.

Article 14. Protection of personal information of children under 14 years of age

In principle, Hyundai Duty Free does not collect personal information from children under 14 years of age(including 14 year-old). However, if it is necessary to collect personal information of children under the age of 14, we will obtain the consent of the legal representative and comply with other standards required by law.
