Starting August 1, 2025, the pick-up counter at Incheon International Airport Terminal 2 (T2) will be relocated as follows:

• Before: 4th Floor, opposite Gate 252
• After: 2nd Floor, opposite Gate 225

Customers departing from Terminal 2 on or after August 1, 2025, can collect their duty-free items at the updated pick-up location.

※ Please note that Hyundai Duty Free does not operate the East Wing pick-up counter at T2. Ensure you visit the correct location for collection.
