Product pick-up: Precautions

  • Please present your exchange bill, passport, and boarding pass at the pick-up location on the day of departure to pick up your purchase.
  • Your pick-up location will most likely be crowded on your departure date. It is therefore recommended that you visit the pick-up location at least one hour before your flight or voyage.
  • When ordering, please make sure to enter the correct flight number and time to ensure that you receive your purchase(s).

Product pick-up procedure

  • If the departure information entered when ordering (passport number, name in English, etc.) is not the same as that presented at the pick-up location, you will not be able to pick up your purchase.
  • When picking up your purchase, make sure to check that you received the correct product and quantity and that it is in good condition before signing the pick-up confirmation form. If there is a problem with your purchase, you must notify the employee immediately.
  • HDDFS Online does not assume any responsibility for products that have been picked up or left behind after departure.

Steps

Failure to print out exchange bill

If you are unable to print out the exchange bill, write down the exchange bill number or send the file to yourself via SMS. Present a screenshot of the exchange bill with your passport and boarding pass when asked.

Precautions on picking up products

Please present your exchange bill, passport, and e-ticket at the HYUNDAI DUTY FREE - ONLINE MALL pick-up location on the date of departure. You will be able to pick up your purchase after the employee confirms your identity.
Your duty free purchase can be picked up only at the pick-up location of the designated departure area of the airport or port. It cannot be picked up upon returning to the country.
When picking up your purchase, make sure to check that you received the correct product and quantity before signing the pick-up confirmation form.
You will not be permitted to pick up your purchase at the airport upon departure in the following cases :
   - Discrepancy between the information of the customer who made the order and the customer who is departing
   - Passport number on the order form does not match the passport number presented at the pick-up location
   - Discrepancy between the previously entered departure information (gate number, date/time, flight number, etc.) and the actual departure information
If you failed to pick up your purchase at departure, please contact Customer Service.
The product will not be mailed to you.
