Solving Internet Shopping Problems
Pop-up blocker
If 'Block pop-up windows' is set in the toolbar provided by portals such as Windows XP or Google, the payment window does not appear properly.

1. Select Explorer menu > Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.

2. Enter the URL of HDDFS Online ‘http://www.hddfs.com’ in the Address of website to allow field and click the Add button on the right. Check the address added to the Allowed sites field and click the close button.
Changing internet options
- The payment service may not work properly depending on the security options of your internet browser, etc.
- We provide information on cookie deletion and security settings for payment service use.

1. Way to check internet settings : Select Explorer menu > Tools > Internet Options.
1-1. General tab setting : General tab > Click Delete button on the Browing history section. In the Delete Browsing History window, check 'Temporary Internet files and website files' and 'Cookies and website data' and click the Delete button.>
1-1. General tab setting : After clicking the Settings button, in the Website Data Settings window appears, check 'Every time I visit the webpage' and click the OK button.>

1-2. Security tab setting : After selecting Security tab > 'Internet', click the Default level button of 'Security level for this zone' section to change the setting to 'Normal'. After selecting 'Restricted Sites', if there is a website URL related to HDDFS (http://www.hddfs.com) in the window that appears when you click the Sites button, select that URL and click the Delete button.

1-3. Privacy Tab Setting: Click the Privacy tab > Advanced button. In the Advanced Privacy Settings window, set as follows. Check 'Override automatic cookie handling', check 'Accept' of the First-party Cookies, check 'Accept' of the Third-party Cookies, 'Always allow session cookies' After checking, click the OK button. Finally, click the Apply button in the Internet Options window to exit the setting.
