1Member/ membershipQuestionI am no longer an HDDFS member. Can I receive a refund for or exchange my purchase?

ReplyOnce you withdraw your HDDFS membership, according to internal policy, your personal information is destroyed. Please note that you cannot exchange or receive a refund for a purchase that has been picked up.

2Member/ membershipQuestionWhat is the definition of “bulk purchaser?”

ReplyA bulk purchaser is a customer who purchases more than 50 bottles of liquor, 50 boxes of cigarettes, 10 bags, 10 watches, or 50 cosmetic items.

3Member/ membershipQuestionWhat items can I purchase in large (bulk) quantities?

ReplyBulk purchases can be made only by non-Korean citizens who are regular (not temporary) employees of companies that specialize in bulk purchases. In this case, the following can be purchased in bulk.

-Product type: carryover or inventory items only

1)Carryover: expired products, seasonal goods, etc.

2)Inventory: products that have been in Korea for over a certain period of time since being imported by a bonded goods seller

-If you purchase more than 50 bottles of liquor, 50 boxes of cigarettes, 10 bags, 10 watches, or 50 cosmetic items, you will be regarded as a bulk purchaser. In this case, you may have to comply with purchase requirements that are different from those applied to regular customers.

ReplyYes. If you are one of the above, please select the “Foreigners” option on the initial application page.

8Member/ membershipQuestionCan non-members make purchases?

ReplyYes. However, they will not be able to use membership benefits (e.g. mileage, coupons).

9Member/ membershipQuestionHow are membership levels assigned?

Reply

The membership is determined by the total price of all online and offline purchases that have been picked up from pick-up locations.

ReplyChildren aged 13 or younger cannot apply for membership or make purchases as a non-member.
