Exclusive-use H.oney cannot be used with any other type of H.oney when making a payment.

H.oney that is immediately usable for purchases of at least a certain amount cannot be used with another type of H.oney.
(e.g. immediately-usable H.oney (KRW 30,000) for purchases of at least $100)
All other types of H.oney can be used simultaneously.

An offline NOWPAY and H.oney can be used simultaneously except under the following circumstances:

If you have exclusive-use H.oney and an offline NOWPAY, only one of them can be used when making a purchase.

H.oney that is immediately usable for purchases of at least a certain amount cannot be used with an offline NOWPAY.
- For example: immediately-usable H.oney (KRW 30,000) for purchases of at least $100 or immediately-usable NOWPAY (KRW 50,000) for purchases of at least $200

Besides the cases mentioned above, H.oney and offline NOWPAYs can be used simultaneously.

13H.oney/H.pointQuestionCan I give my H.oney to someone else as a gift?

H.oney can be gifted via [My Hyundai > H.oney > Gift].
It can be gifted only among Hyundai Duty Free members. H.oney cannot be gifted between a Korean and non-Korean member.
(Can be gifted between two Korean customers or two non-Korean customers [cannot be gifted between a Korean customer and a non-Korean customer])
Only H.oney received through a giveaway event can be gifted. Please make sure that the recipient’s name is spelled correctly in English and their passport number is entered correctly.

All of the information associated with gifted H.oney (e.g. amount, validity period, conditions of use) applies to the recipient as well. Only the exact H.oney amount received through the event can be gifted.
There is no limit to the amount of H.oney that can be gifted or the number of times it can be gifted. H.oney that has been received as a gift cannot be re-gifted to someone else.
Gifted H.oney cannot be canceled.

If you wish to cancel a purchase made for a giveaway event after you have gifted the H.oney received through such event, the cancelation will be processed only after you have paid the cash equivalent of the gifted H.oney.

For an online giveaway event, H.oney can be returned via 1:1 Inquiry or Customer Service. To return H.oney received through an offline giveaway event, you must make an in-person visit to the Membership Desk of the branch where you made your purchase with your passport.

ReplyGifted H.oney cannot be retrieved or canceled.
If gifted H.oney is not received by the desired recipient due to incorrect data entry, it cannot be retrieved or canceled.

The difference between the two membership types is as follows.
H.POINT Integrated members are those who applied for both Hyundai Duty Free and H.POINT membership.
Exclusive Duty Free members are those who do not have H.POINT membership.
(Exclusive Duty Free member have both online and offline membership.)

Some customers may be registered as having both H.Point Integrated membership and
Exclusive Duty Free member. Please check your membership information before gifting.

16H.oney/H.pointQuestionWhat happens if I cancel or refund a purchase made with H.oney?

If you cancel/refund the entire purchase, all H.oney used for the purchase will be returned to you.
If you are making a partial cancelation/refund, depending on the conditions of use, you may receive only part of the H.oney used.

If returned H.oney has expired, it cannot be reused.

If you use H.oney received for a purchase made for a giveaway event for a new purchase and then decide to cancel the original purchase (the one made for the giveaway event), the cancelation will be processed only after you have returned all used H.oney.

For an online giveaway event, H.oney can be returned via 1:1 Inquiry or Customer Service. To return H.oney received through an offline giveaway event, you must make an in-person visit, with your passport, to the Membership Desk of the branch where you made your purchase.

ReplyIf you own any H.oney at the time of membership withdrawal, the withdrawal is processed only after you have signed a consent form about H.oney expiration.
If you do not provide such consent, you cannot withdraw your membership.
If you reapply for membership, you will not be reissued or be able to retrieve previously-owned H.oney.
