*Passport information cannot be changed within 90 days of initial registration or a previous change. Passport information cannot be changed for an order that has already been paid for.

To change your passport information for a paid order, please contact Customer Service (02.2163-6215) by three days before departure.

If you do not contact Customer Service, you will not be able to pick up your purchase.

17Member/ membershipQuestionWhen I apply for membership at HDDFS Online, will I also receive offline membership for HDDFS?

ReplyIf you apply for HDDFS Online membership, you will simultaneously be given offline membership without having to make an in-person visit. Please refer to the following excerpt from the HDDFS Terms and Conditions.

(Please note, however, that customers who apply for online membership first are not given the same new member benefits as those who apply for offline membership first.

If you wish to receive all of the new member benefits offered by online and offline membership application, it is recommended that you apply for offline membership first.)

Reply)A parallel import product is a genuine good (product whose trademark has been applied by an individual who holds the legal right to use such trademark in a foreign country) that is manufactured/distributed by an overseas trademark owner and has been imported by a third party who is not a domestic trademark owner for the purpose of selling it (Electrical Appliances and Consumer Products Safety Control Act).

19Product/ brandQuestionThe price tag of the parallel import product I purchased is partially cut. Why?

ReplyMost parallel import products have part of their price tag (or barcode) cut off.
The cut is made before the product is exported as a protective measure by the manufacturer to protect sales information. The fact that the price tag has been cut is unrelated to the product’s authenticity. It is standard procedure for all parallel imports.
There is nothing wrong with such cutting, either legally or in terms of quality, and therefore nothing for the customer to worry about.
